Hi, we’re Rachel, Stephen, and Jack – a family team with over 45 years of collective experience with Avon. What started as a simple side project has grown into a family-run business we’re incredibly proud of. Today, we are proud to be recognised leaders within Avon, helping inspire and support others to grow their own businesses too.
Seventeen years ago, Stephen and I (Rachel) decided to take a leap of faith and join Avon. Stephen’s natural ability to connect with people and my love for the beauty and wellness industry made us the perfect team. From handing out brochures in our local community to running events and mentoring others, we built our Avon journey step by step – always side by side.
One of the most life-changing aspects of our Avon journey is how it helped us pay off debt and bring us closer together as a family. Avon has allowed us to work as a team, giving us the flexibility to support each other and build something truly special. It’s been an incredible opportunity for us to grow not only our business but also our bond as a family.
As the business grew, so did our family’s involvement. Rachel specializes in recruitment, Stephen handles bookings and door-to-door sales, and Jack focuses on online sales and social media. Jack played a pivotal role in boosting our digital sales, achieving Hall of Fame status for himself. Whether helping with customer deliveries, social media, or the day-to-day running of the business, Jack plays a vital role and brings a new generation’s perspective to the team.
Over the years, Avon has become more than just a business to us – it’s a community, a passion, and a way of life. We’ve been lucky enough to meet some incredible people, earn exciting rewards, and most importantly, help others achieve their own goals. Some of our most cherished memories include winning exclusive trips to South Africa, Iceland, Mauritius, Tenerife, Lisbon, and Istanbul, all of which have given us the chance to experience different cultures and connect with Avon’s global network.
In recognition of our dedication and success, we were thrilled to achieve 7th place in the UK for both Recruitment and Online Selling. This incredible achievement was made possible by our amazing team, whose growth and success continue to inspire us every day.
As leaders within Avon, we now mentor and guide others who are just starting their journey. We love seeing new team members grow in confidence, build their own businesses, and create the same freedom and success we’ve enjoyed.
